Las Karolinas Home Pro is run by Anita Del Rosario Rodriguez Garces out of Corona, Queens. It started the way most good cleaning companies start: one person, a handful of neighbors, and work that got recommended before it ever got advertised. It has grown on referrals since, one apartment and one office at a time.
Two decisions shaped everything. The first was flat pricing. An hourly rate puts the company's interest against the client's, so we quote the whole job up front and live with the number, even on the visits that run long. The second was staying open around the clock. A restaurant closing at 2 AM, a rental that turns over between an 11 o'clock checkout and a 3 o'clock check-in, a nurse coming off a night shift: none of those fit business hours, and all of them needed someone.
Cleaning is the core of the business, from deep cleans and recurring house cleaning to commercial routes, carpet extraction, and car washing. Plumbing came later, because cleaning the same homes every week means you are the one who notices the slow drain and the running toilet, and it was easier to fix them than to keep mentioning them.
We are not the biggest cleaning company in Queens and we are not trying to be. We are the one that answers the phone, quotes the price before the work, and comes back to redo anything that was missed.
