Brooklyn

Brooklyn brownstones are multi-floor jobs with stairs, original wood, and bathrooms on every level, so we quote them by walking the house rather than guessing from a square-footage form. The price you get is the price you pay.

Storefronts and small offices in Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Park Slope book us for overnight routes, which keeps the sidewalk traffic and the cleaning from happening at the same time.

Move-out cleans are the other constant here. We clean to a checklist a landlord can actually walk, and we photograph nothing, argue about nothing, and simply do the work.
